i recently made this for a dinner party i was going to and it was a huge hit.
this is a moist banana cake topped off with delicious cream cheese icing.
i picked it because it was #4 on the top 100 recipes of 2009.

at the dinner party we paired it with banana nut coffee from Central Market. delicious, even if you aren't a huge banana fan. this is what i have been drinking ever since.
